Enterprises engaged in construction engineering are inseparable from the use of qualification certificates. How to maintain the qualification has become the top priority. Every node from application review to later maintenance and upgrading can not be ignored. In case of fast expiration, it is necessary to handle the extension in time, otherwise it will affect the normal implementation of the project. How to handle the qualification extension? We analyze it from the following four points.

1、建筑企業(yè)應在資質(zhì)證書(shū)期限內三個(gè)月前進(jìn)行延期辦理，按原有資質(zhì)證書(shū)的申報方式繼續申請資質(zhì)延續，如果公司的凈資產(chǎn)和主要人員符合現行資質(zhì)標準的要求，資質(zhì)證書(shū)應經(jīng)資質(zhì)許可機關(guān)批準更換資質(zhì)證書(shū)，期限內自當日起計算。

1. The construction enterprise shall apply for the extension of the qualification three months before the expiration of the qualification certificate, and continue to apply for the renewal of the qualification according to the application method of the original qualification certificate. If the net assets and main personnel of the company meet the requirements of the current qualification standards, the qualification certificate shall be approved by the qualification licensing authority to replace the qualification certificate, and the expiration period shall be calculated from the same day.

2、企業(yè)在資質(zhì)證書(shū)期限內的前三個(gè)月之內申請資質(zhì)延續，資質(zhì)受理部門(mén)受理企業(yè)的資質(zhì)延續申請;資質(zhì)證書(shū)的期限內屆滿(mǎn)之日到延續申請批準的期間內，建筑企業(yè)不得承接資質(zhì)范圍內的工程項目。

2. The enterprise applies for qualification renewal within the first three months of the term of the qualification certificate, and the qualification acceptance Department accepts the application for qualification renewal of the enterprise; During the period from the expiration date of the qualification certificate to the extension application for approval, the construction enterprise shall not undertake engineering projects within the scope of qualification.

3、公司不再符合標準的資質(zhì)要求，資質(zhì)許可證管理機關(guān)不批準延續其資質(zhì)，公司可以在三個(gè)月內重新申請同一類(lèi)別低等級的資質(zhì)。如果超過(guò)三個(gè)月時(shí)間還未提出資質(zhì)延續申請，企業(yè)只能從低等級的資質(zhì)開(kāi)始申請。

3. If the company no longer meets the standard qualification requirements and the qualification license management authority does not approve the renewal of its qualification, the company can reapply for low-level qualification of the same category within three months. If the application for renewal of qualification has not been submitted for more than three months, the enterprise can only apply from the low-level qualification.

4、如果建筑企業(yè)資質(zhì)證書(shū)的期限內滿(mǎn)，但是企業(yè)如果沒(méi)有進(jìn)行資質(zhì)延期申請資質(zhì)證書(shū)到期后會(huì )自動(dòng)失效。這時(shí)候如果建筑企業(yè)想要繼續施工活動(dòng)，應該從低級別的資質(zhì)中重新申請。

4.
