1、有固定的辦公及營(yíng)業(yè)地點(diǎn);

能滿(mǎn)足企業(yè)機構設置及其業(yè)務(wù)需要，工作面積不少于100。

2、有工商營(yíng)業(yè)執照;

具有獨立法人資格，在工商行政管理部門(mén)登記注冊，注冊資金人民幣不少于50萬(wàn)元。

3、有相應系統管理經(jīng)驗的管理人員和技術(shù)人員;

技術(shù)人員不少于5名(3名中級工程師，2名初級工程師，其中中級工程師的相關(guān)是機械中級、通信中級、電信中級等)，并通過(guò)中安協(xié)組織的統一考試，成績(jì)合格。工程造價(jià)人員不少于1名，須經(jīng)過(guò)造價(jià)人員培訓并取得相應資格證書(shū)。法定代表人和技術(shù)人員須均無(wú)犯罪記錄。

申辦安防資質(zhì)的資料資料要到本地公安局申請，需要準備8位技術(shù)人員畢業(yè)證書(shū)、從業(yè)造價(jià)工程師執業(yè)資格證書(shū)有什么用?資格證書(shū)以及身份證和合同，并需要一份本公司詳細的質(zhì)量管理體系文件，資料備齊后送公安局技防部門(mén)審核，審核通過(guò)后需要到辦公場(chǎng)所核實(shí)，所有通過(guò)后公安局將報送公安廳，由公安廳審核，通過(guò)后再安排5位技術(shù)人員培訓考核，全部通過(guò)后方可辦理相關(guān)手續。
